We provided logistics and investment support (securing funding) for a commercial waste management operator.

The type of infrastructure successfully procured included thousands of containers for co-mingled, dry mixed recyclates and food waste collections and a kerbside collection vehicle (with pods for different materials). Prior to the grant award these investments were demonstrated to be viable business development opportunities through the development of a business plan and detailed cost benefit analysis. This included careful consideration of the extent of new markets, with scenarios modelled to show how the investment would perform against these.
